QHHT can be more than past-life exploration. Through altered states, symbolic journeys, Higher Self guidance, and encounters with non-ordinary realities, clients may reconnect with forgotten strengths, understand repeating patterns, and call back parts of themselves that have felt lost. For me, this is where QHHT begins to resemble soul retrieval.
