Terms & Conditions
Private QHHT Sessions with Kelly Gray
These Terms & Conditions are intended to create clarity, safety, and shared understanding before participating in a private Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique session with Kelly Gray.
Please read them carefully before booking. By booking and paying for a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
1. Nature and Scope of QHHT
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, or QHHT, is a spiritual and experiential form of guided hypnosis and subconscious exploration.
A session may include deep relaxation, imagery, memories, emotions, symbolic material, spiritual perspectives, or information experienced as coming from the subconscious or Higher Self. Experiences vary from person to person.
Kelly facilitates the process but does not determine what you should experience or provide an authoritative interpretation of what arises. You remain responsible for your own beliefs, interpretations, decisions, and actions.
QHHT is not psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support. It is not a substitute for care from a licensed medical or mental-health professional. Kelly does not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions, prescribe medication, or advise clients to discontinue prescribed treatment.
2. Complimentary Zoom Consultation and Eligibility
All prospective clients must complete a complimentary Zoom consultation before being invited to book an in-person QHHT session.
The consultation allows Kelly to explain the process, discuss your reasons for seeking a session, review relevant health and safety considerations, and determine whether QHHT appears appropriate for you.
Completion of a consultation does not guarantee acceptance. Kelly may decline or postpone a booking when she believes QHHT is outside her scope, may not be appropriate at that time, or may not adequately support the prospective client’s needs.
QHHT is not appropriate for anyone currently experiencing an acute mental-health crisis, active psychosis, severe dissociation, uncontrolled mania, suicidal intent, or another condition that may make prolonged hypnosis or altered-state exploration unsafe or destabilizing.
If you are currently receiving psychiatric or psychological care, taking medication for a significant mental-health condition, or have a history of severe dissociation, psychosis, mania, or psychiatric hospitalization, you must disclose this during the consultation.
You must speak with your licensed treating provider or care team before booking and confirm that you have done so. Kelly may decline or postpone a session if consultation with your care team has not occurred or if proceeding appears unsuitable.
You are not required to discontinue prescribed medication. All medication decisions must be made with the qualified professional who prescribes or manages that medication.
You must provide complete and accurate information about relevant physical health, mental health, medications, and current care. Failure to disclose information that materially affects safety or suitability may result in the session being cancelled or ended.
3. Client Responsibility
Participation in QHHT is voluntary. You may ask questions, pause the process, or withdraw consent at any time.
By proceeding, you confirm that:
the information you have provided is accurate and complete;
you are not seeking emergency or crisis care;
you understand the experiential nature and limitations of QHHT;
you will communicate any physical discomfort, distress, or safety concern;
you remain responsible for your own interpretations and decisions; and
you will continue to seek appropriate licensed care where needed.
Information or guidance experienced during hypnosis should not be used as a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other qualified professional advice.
4. In-Person Session Expectations
Private QHHT sessions take place in person and generally last approximately 5 to 6.5 hours. The session includes an extended pre-session interview, the hypnosis experience, a post-session review, an audio recording, and associated session materials.
Because the appointment is lengthy, clients agree to:
arrive rested and on time;
eat appropriately beforehand;
bring water, food, snacks, medications, or personal comfort items as needed;
wear comfortable clothing;
take prescribed medication as directed by their healthcare provider; and
disclose any medical or physical condition that could affect prolonged reclining or safe participation.
Reasonable washroom, movement, hydration, and comfort breaks may be taken during the interview and preparation portions of the appointment.
Clients must not consume alcohol or recreational drugs before the session or arrive under the influence of an intoxicating substance. Kelly may cancel or end the appointment if a client appears intoxicated, medically unwell, unable to provide informed consent, or unable to participate safely.
Clients should not schedule work, caregiving duties, strenuous activity, important appointments, or demanding commitments immediately following the session.
Some clients feel deeply relaxed, tired, emotionally open, or temporarily altered afterward. You are responsible for assessing whether you are safe to drive. If you feel tired, disoriented, or otherwise unsafe to drive, you must arrange alternative transportation.
A quiet and restorative evening is strongly encouraged.
5. Results and Refunds
Every person experiences hypnosis differently. Some clients experience vivid imagery, memories, emotions, sensations, spiritual perspectives, or clear insights. Others experience more subtle impressions, ordinary thoughts, partial awareness, or limited imagery.
Kelly cannot guarantee:
a particular depth of hypnosis;
access to a past life or other-life experience;
communication with the Higher Self;
a particular memory, message, answer, or insight;
physical or emotional healing;
symptom relief; or
any other specific spiritual or personal outcome.
Payment is for the time reserved, preparation, pre-session interview, facilitation, recording, and associated session materials. A particular depth of hypnosis, memory, image, insight, healing response, or spiritual experience cannot be guaranteed.
A session is not refundable solely because the client did not experience the result she expected.
6. Fees, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
The session fee and applicable GST will be disclosed before booking. A session date is not confirmed until the required booking steps and payment have been completed.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a refund of the session amount paid, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Cancellations received fewer than 72 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, Kelly may offer a one-time transfer or rescheduling at her sole discretion. This does not create an entitlement to a refund or future accommodation.
Requests to reschedule more than 72 hours before the appointment are subject to availability. Requests made within 72 hours may be treated as late cancellations.
No refund will be issued after the session has begun because the client chooses to stop, is unable to continue, does not enter the anticipated depth of hypnosis, or has an experience different from what she expected.
If Kelly must cancel or reschedule your session, you may choose a new date or receive a full refund of any amount paid.
7. Audio Recording and Consent
The hypnosis portion of the session will be audio-recorded for your personal review and integration. By proceeding with the session, you consent to this recording.
The recording is created for the client’s personal integration. Kelly will not publish, teach from, reproduce, or share any portion of the recording without separate, explicit written consent.
Clients are encouraged to listen privately before deciding whether to share the recording with another person. QHHT recordings may contain highly personal, emotional, relational, medical, or spiritual material. You are strongly encouraged to review the full recording yourself before giving it to a partner, family member, friend, practitioner, or anyone else.
Once you choose to share your recording, you are responsible for that decision and for safeguarding copies in your possession.
Canadian law permits recording where one participant to a private communication has consented, but obtaining your clear consent remains the most transparent approach.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
Kelly will treat information shared during consultations, intake, correspondence, and sessions as confidential.
Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, where there is an imminent and serious risk of harm to the client or another person, or where another legal reporting obligation applies.
Personal information collected through consultations, intake forms, bookings, recordings, transcripts, and correspondence will be handled in accordance with Kelly’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.
Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act applies to many provincially regulated private businesses and requires reasonable safeguards against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, copying, alteration, or loss of personal information.
9. Limits of Responsibility
QHHT may bring forward meaningful, emotional, symbolic, or spiritual material. Kelly does not verify that memories, past lives, spiritual identities, messages, predictions, or other experiences are objectively or historically factual.
You remain responsible for how you understand and respond to your experience. Major medical, psychological, legal, financial, relationship, or safety decisions should not be made solely on the basis of material arising during hypnosis.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
10. Agreement
By booking and participating in a private QHHT session, you confirm that:
you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions;
you have had the opportunity to ask questions;
you have provided accurate and complete information;
you understand that QHHT is spiritual and experiential rather than medical or psychological treatment;
you understand that outcomes cannot be guaranteed;
you voluntarily consent to participating; and
you agree to the policies above.
