We begin with a spacious conversation to explore what has brought you here, clarify your intentions, and gently prepare your body and nervous system for the session.
Optional ceremonial touches may include tuning forks, smoke cleansing, and blue lotus anointing.
Enter the Journey
Once you are deeply relaxed, I guide you through the QHHT process while your own consciousness leads what unfolds. You may explore past, symbolic, spiritual, or other-life experiences before connecting with your Higher Self for insight and guidance.
Integrate & Receive
After the journey, we take time to gently return, reflect, and orient before you leave.
Your recording and personalized integration materials help you continue discovering meaning in the days and weeks that follow.
