We begin with a spacious conversation to explore what has brought you here, clarify your intentions, and gently prepare your body and nervous system for the session.

Optional ceremonial touches may include tuning forks, smoke cleansing, and blue lotus anointing.

One session is held per day so your experience can unfold without rushing.
