1. What Is QHHT?
QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) is a consciousness-based modality developed by Dolores Cannon that allows you to access the deeper layers of your subconscious and connect directly with your Higher Self.
In this state, you may explore:
Past human lives
Lives as animals, energies, or non-human beings
Significant scenes from your current life
Interdimensional or cosmic experiences
The purpose is always the same: clarity, healing, insight, and a deeper understanding of your soul’s journey.
2. Can QHHT Be Done Online?
No. All QHHT sessions must be done in person.
For safety, effectiveness, and client care, the official QHHT organization does not endorse online facilitation.
3. How Long Does A QHHT Session Take?
A full session lasts 5–6.5 hours, including:
A detailed pre-session interview
The hypnosis experience (typically ~2.5 hours)
A grounding, supportive debrief
The spaciousness is intentional — it allows the process to unfold without rushing or compressing your experience.
4. What Is The Cost Of A QHHT Session?
Sessions are $375 + GST, which includes the full 5–6.5-hour experience and comprehensive post-session integration support.
5. What Kind Of Questions Can I Ask During The Session?
Anything that matters to you.
Common topics include:
Life purpose
Health and physical symptoms
Emotional patterns
Relationships
Spiritual growth
Career, money, creativity, or soul-aligned decisions
You’re encouraged to bring a prioritized list of questions so we can focus on what feels most meaningful to you. Around 15 questions is a great number — enough to explore deeply while keeping the session spacious and intentional.
6. Are Healings Possible During A QHHT Session?
Many clients experience emotional release, energetic clearing, or shifts in perspective that feel deeply healing.
Some also experience physical improvements.
However, all healing is ultimately guided by your Higher Self, and what occurs will always be what is appropriate for your journey.
No specific outcome can be guaranteed.
7. What Does It Feel Like To Be Hypnotized?
Most clients describe it as:
Deep relaxation
A peaceful, dreamlike focus
Awareness of my voice guiding you
A sense of time moving differently
You are not asleep — you are in a receptive state where your subconscious can speak.
8. Is Being Hypnotized Scary? Is Experiencing A Past Life Scary?
Hypnosis is a natural state, similar to meditation or daydreaming.
You remain conscious, safe, and able to speak throughout.
Past life scenes may bring emotions, but they arise for understanding — not to retraumatize.
You are gently guided and supported the entire time.
9. I'm So Nervous—What If I Can't Be Hypnotized?
Many women feel this way beforehand, and it’s completely normal.
Your willingness to relax, trust, and follow the guidance is far more important than “trying” to be hypnotized.
And remember — you’re not doing this alone. I guide you every step of the way.
To support yourself, I recommend practicing guided meditations or visualizations daily leading up to your session. This helps your system soften, become familiar with inward-focused states, and makes it easier to tap in during the experience.
10. How Can A QHHT Session Help Me?

Your Higher Self does the real work — preparation simply supports your ability to soften, receive, and participate in the experience.
12. Will The Session Be Recorded?
Yes.
You will receive an audio recording of the hypnosis portion.
Nothing is ever shared publicly.

13. What Happens After My Session?
You receive a full integration package including:

14. How Collaborative Is QHHT?
QHHT is a co-created experience.
Your session depends on your:
Willingness to relax and surrender into the process
Ability to follow hypnotic guidance
Trust in what arises
Openness to participate actively
This is not something I do to you — it is something we create together, with your Higher Self leading the way.
Because of the deep time, presence, and energy required, and because each client’s experience depends on personal factors such as readiness and openness, sessions are not refundable.
15. Is QHHT A Replacement For Medical Or Psychological Treatment?
No. QHHT is a spiritual and experiential modality that can complement — but never replace — medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
My sessions are not suitable for anyone currently under psychiatric care, experiencing untreated or unstable mental health conditions, or requiring crisis support.
If you are working long-term with a psychologist, psychiatrist, or therapist, I require you to speak with them before booking a consult call.
This ensures the timing, intention, and method are aligned with your overall wellbeing and that you are fully supported in your healing journey.
